Ordering and pricing
How do I buy a container?
There are two ways. Add a container to your cart and check out online, or send us a quote request and we will reply with a written price for the container and delivery.
Should I buy online or ask for a quote?
Buy online when you know the size and condition you want. Ask for a quote if you need several containers, delivery to a remote site or overseas, or you would like advice before you decide.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax. GST or HST is added at checkout based on the province you are delivering to. Orders shipped outside Canada are not charged Canadian sales tax.
Can I see a container before I buy?
Contact us to ask about viewing a container at our Calgary yard before you order.

Containers and condition
What do the condition grades mean?
New (one-trip) containers have made a single voyage and look close to new. Cargo-worthy containers are used but structurally sound for shipping. Wind and watertight containers are used and sealed against wind and water, ideal for storage. As-is containers are sold in their current condition at the lowest price. What is a high cube container?
A high cube is one foot taller than a standard container: 9 ft 6 in tall on the outside instead of 8 ft 6 in. The extra height suits tall equipment, shelving and conversions.
Which size do I need?
It depends on what you are storing or shipping and the space you have on site. Compare every size side by side in our container guide, or tell us about your project and we will recommend one.
Are the containers watertight?
New, cargo-worthy and wind and watertight containers are sealed against wind and water. As-is containers may need repairs, so ask us for details before you buy one.

Delivery and pickup
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on the distance from our Calgary yard and the size of the container. Enter your address at checkout to see delivery options, or request a quote for an exact delivered price.
What do I need to prepare before delivery?
A firm, level spot with clear, straight access for the delivery truck and no overhead wires or branches in the way. We will confirm the space needed when we book your delivery.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on where you are and the delivery schedule. We confirm your delivery date when you order or accept a quote.
Can I pick up a container myself?
Yes. Contact us to arrange a pickup time at our Calgary yard. You will need a truck or trailer rated for the size and weight of the container.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes. Request a quote with your destination and we will send you a full delivered price before you commit.

Payment and returns
How can I pay?
Pay online by card at checkout. For quoted orders, the payment details are included with your written quote.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Our refund and returns policy explains when an order can be cancelled or returned. If something is wrong with your container, contact us as soon as it arrives.
